Common questions
Many questions are answered on our FAQ, which covers pricing, plans, text messages, data and GDPR, cancellation, and how the platform works.
Billing and subscriptions (changing your plan, payment details, invoices) are managed on the web in your account. The mobile app shows your current billing for reference.
Data protection requests
For access, correction, deletion, or questions about how we handle personal data, email privacy@schdl.me rather than using the form. We respond within the timeframes set out in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your whole account from the app (Account, then Delete account) or from the web dashboard. Deletion takes effect after a 24-hour grace period and can be cancelled within it. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for how we handle your data on deletion.
